This beautiful, second story 1 bedroom + loft and two bathroom unit has high ceilings and is located on the Fazio Golf Course adjacent to the Kuilima West tennis court, pool and BBQ area at Turtle Bay. This is resort living at its best! Spacious and comfortable. The unit has Koa laminate floors throughout except for porcelain tiles in both bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom is appointed with a walk-in rain shower for that extra tropical feeling. The living room has an all-leather sofa. The living room also has a 45-inch wall-mounted (smart) TV so that it can be viewed from the kitchen, living room or the screened-in lanai. The kitchen has all new appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave and is fully equipped. The kitchen also has a large pantry for stocking up. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed that is located separately at the front of the unit with its own A/C and ceiling fan. The master bedroom also has its own 32 inches (Smart) TV. The upstairs loft has two double (full size) beds. The property is located so that the aromatic trade winds flow freely through the unit. All towels and linens are provided.

About an eight minute walk to Kuilima Cove. Swam with a sea turtle there when snorkeling. Also can walk to the trails by the stables and go to some film and movie locations like LOST and The Hunger Games beach. Family of six fit nicely with two bathrooms and cold AC in living room and main bedroom. Prime location for driving to all the great beaches and snorkeling sites and hey not far if you also want to take a day trip to Waikiki. Overlooks the golf course and great resort vegetation all around! Mahalo!

We loved the location and the rental. Fantastic place to stay and would stay again. My only recommendation to the owner would be to add an air conditioner upstairs. (Remove last sentence from review if you like).

Overall great stay! There was a lot of hair in the showers when we arrived, besides that the home was clean. The only other concern is there were not any smoke detectors or carbon detectors. There were spots for them in the ceilings but the actual devices weren’t on the brackets. It’s close to the beach, 15 minute walk to turtle bay. Location is amazing. AC works really well. No pack n play available but you can buy one for like 50. Overall great experience and would stay again. Communication was great.

Owner neighbor was unhappy with our screen door slamming shut as spring return unit is worn and screen door does not fit door frame properly. All three smoke detectors were missing, glass windows in loft wouldn’t close as handles require adjustment. Room safe did not work as batteries require replacement. Downstairs bathroom requires handle adjustment as it was loose. Generally quiet location and unit functional but missing amenities that we are accustomed to at typical 3-Star time shares. Disappointed for the price point.
