Clean, comfortable, easy entry, had the Florida vibe, excellent location, plenty of beach gear available........thanks Deb, we had a wonderful time.

The stay was absolutely perfect and the house had anything and everything we needed and is in a great location! I can not say enough about how awesome the host is and is amazingly easy to communicate with! She knew it was just me and my daughter and even texted the day after we got there to check in on us and make sure everything was good. The home and host made our yearly mom and daughter vacation absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back!!

Exceptional beach house and location! Loved everything about it! Deb was very attentive hostess. We would definitely stay here again.

We had fabulous time! House was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, neat and tastefully decorated. Had all the essentials we needed in kitchen, bathroom and beyond. I like to cook and kitchen had everything. Bed very comfy. Liked the shower instead of tub. Sofa and loveseat comfortable to watch nice, large TV. Sunroom was peaceful. Yard was nice will plenty of places to lounge and enjoy large grill. Our host was very friendly, informative and so easy to work with. Location to beach and town convenient. Venice is lovely city but crowded this time of year (spring break).
