The stay at this location was pretty excellent. Minor issues with the a/c unit but issue was resolved in a timely manner. The host was pretty good on responding to messages. The only not pick I have is there were a lot of switches in the house that we had no idea what function they performed, labeling these may help alleviate any confusion but other than that great host and location.

This property was in a great location with easy access to Publix/Walmart. The gated community was very tidy and clean. Access to Disney was straight down 192 in about 20-25 minutes. The house had everything we needed including dishwasher tablet, washing up liquid, coffee pods for one day. Hand soap & toilet roll was in all the bathrooms.First impressions were not great as the windows need a good clean on the outside. The general quality of the cleaning was not great. The pool towels, although washed did have traces of dried on food. We found food remnant's in a draw in the master bedroom and a kitchen cupboard. Also an empty soda bottle under one of the beds. The pool area also had food that had not been cleared up and the paving in some areas needs repairing/re-laying.The cinema/games room in the photos shows 6 reclining seats, but there are only 4 and these definitely need some TLCOverall, the house was good, but it does need some attention to make it great.

A beautiful villa.. suits both adults and children … a wonderful cinema room … great place to relax by the pool … a quiet peaceful community … 20 mins from Magic Kingdom… lots of local shops and restaurants and a nice little English pub on the community doorstep
