YOUR FAMILY’S PERFECT DISNEY GETAWAY STARTS HERE!

Welcome to your home away from home in the Disney area! Our spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath villa with a private pool, spa, and game room gives families the space to relax, have fun, and enjoy time together while experiencing everything Central Florida has to offer.

OUR GREAT REVIEWS SAY IT BEST!

We’re incredibly proud of the wonderful reviews our vacation home has received from our guests. Choosing the right place to stay is such an important part of planning a family vacation, so we invite you to take a look at our reviews and see why so many guests have enjoyed their time here.

We vacation here too, and we’ve created the kind of place we’d want our own family to stay — comfortable, welcoming, fun, and filled with thoughtful touches to make your vacation feel special.

PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE

With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy their own space.

The spacious primary suite features a king-size bed, 55” TV, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub — a wonderful place to unwind after a full day of Florida fun.

Kids get some Disney magic of their own with two fun themed bedrooms — one for Minion fans and one for Mickey fans!

YOUR OWN PRIVATE POOL & SPA

One of our favorite features of the home is the private screened pool and spa.

With no rear neighbors and privacy screening on both sides, the pool area is a wonderful place to spend time together. Enjoy your morning by the water, take an afternoon swim, or put your feet up and relax with your favorite drink at the end of the day.

Optional pool and spa heat is available for $25 per day.

A GAME ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY

The fun doesn’t have to stop when you come home!

Our game room gives kids, teens, and adults another place to play and spend time together. It includes:

• Pool table
• Ping-pong
• Foosball
• Basketball game
• More family fun

It’s perfect for family game nights, relaxing days at the house, or those occasional Florida rainy afternoons.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

We want you to be able to settle in and feel at home during your stay.

The villa includes:

• Fast Wi-Fi
• Large TVs
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Fresh bedding and towels
• Comfortable living spaces
• Updated flooring
• Newer appliances
• Thoughtful updates throughout the home

Make breakfast before heading out for the day, enjoy lunch by the pool, prepare a family dinner, or simply relax together in the evening.

MORE FUN RIGHT IN THE COMMUNITY

Our villa is located in the gated High Grove community in the Disney area.

When you want a day away from the theme parks, the community offers additional amenities for guests to enjoy, including a clubhouse, community pool, mini golf, playground, fitness room, and game room.

It gives your family even more ways to enjoy your vacation without having to plan another full day out.

A VACATION HOME WE TRULY CARE ABOUT

This isn’t simply a vacation rental to us — it’s our vacation home too.

We stay here ourselves, so we care about making it a comfortable and welcoming place where families can relax and make wonderful vacation memories.

If you need assistance during your stay, we’re easy to reach, and we also have a local property-management team available to help when needed.
