O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
Welcome to a 4-bedroom home built for getting a group together — minutes from Uptown Charlotte, with the space, comfort, and easy parking that large groups rarely find in the city.
Room for everyone. Three spacious bedrooms each feature a queen bed, and a fourth bedroom offers full-size bunk beds. With additional air mattresses, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 — ideal for multigenerational trips, two families sharing the cost, friend groups, and teams or crews who need real bedrooms rather than a cramped hotel block.
Gather and unwind. The newly built, open kitchen and living area give everyone a place to cook, eat, and relax together after a day out. Mostly fenced backyard, large dining table, smart TVs
Park with ease. An expansive double garage means no circling for street parking which is convenience this close to Uptown.
Work and longer stays welcome. Fast WiFi and a dedicated workspace, make it easy to stay productive. We welcome extended and monthly stays — there's room for relocating families, project teams, and traveling professionals to settle in for a season.
Explore Charlotte. You're minutes from Uptown's dining, breweries, and arena events, with quick access to the airport and I-77/I-85 for day trips.
Good to know. Self check-in for easy arrival.

We had a great stay! It was in a good location, perfect for us to get downtown quickly. Ivan was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond, and kind. A few recommendations we would make is to add some more seating in the family room with some type of lamp lighting, and a refresh of the kitchen tools so families that want to cook have pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, cookie sheets, etc. Overall it was a great fit for us for our weekend in Charlotte! Thank you!
