From first communication to last, the experience was great. The whole house was clean and organized bedrooms were all great and mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen was properly stocked as we made a home-cooked meal while we were there. The downstairs hidden room was extremely exciting for our son and there was plenty of games and entertainment to make this stay great. Hot tub and fire pit were also used and made the evening very nice and relaxing. Definitely intend on coming back.

This was an amazing home!! So many things to do. Great layout. The secret room was very cozy. Very well stocked with supplies. So many living spaces and tvs. Beth reached out and checked in on us, but we did t need anything everything was great!!The upper level perfect for kids We recommend this home to everyone.

We loved our stay here. I would highly recommend this home to everyone. Our host Beth was so nice and extremely helpful with tips about the area. We had a group of 8, (2 sixteen year olds, a nineteen year old and three 21 year olds and my husband and I.) There was plenty of room for us all to gather as a family or spread out for some personal time! We planned our stay in Galena to be a staycation and mostly just hang out with the family. This home was perfect for that. We had lots of fun with the ping pong table and pool table. We all spent some time in the hottub as well. There was also plenty of room for all of us to eat our meals together and play games around the huge dining room table. We used the Galena Territory passes to spend an afternoon at the pool and pickle ball courts. The area the home is in is beautiful. It's about a 15 minute ride to main street shopping. We took lots of walks throughout the neighborhood. My son is a runner so he was able to get his training in on all the hills there! We felt very safe where we were. Very little noise and traffic where we were. The home has absolutely everything you can think of. It is by far the nicest, cleanest and best stocked home we've stayed in and we've been to a lot of VRBOs.

We had an absolutely amazing stay and would give this home 5 stars if we could! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless—truly one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in—and it was clear the owners take great pride in maintaining it.It was fully equipped with everything our family needed and more. From the kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches throughout the home, we never found ourselves missing anything. It made traveling with our family so easy and comfortable. The property itself is incredibly private and peaceful—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. We loved the quiet setting and felt like we had our own little getaway.Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay!
