It is a state-of-the-art resort designed entirely to enhance the natural features of the area, using materials from the Roman agricultural tradition alongside cutting-edge technologies and amenities. The vacation park has a lot to offer: The highlight is undoubtedly the fantastic pool area, which features three pools—a great kids’ pool with water features and a small slide, an Olympic-size swimming pool, and a relaxation pool with hydromassage jets and much more. A bar, a children’s playground, an outdoor chapel, and sports fields for tennis, basketball, soccer, and beach volleyball round out the offerings. Or how about a round of mini-golf? In addition to a pool bar where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, there’s also a charming restaurant, a pizzeria, and a bar. Those who prefer to eat at their accommodations can order food from the pizzeria directly to their room via an app. During the summer months, an entertainment team provides activities for guests of all ages, and there’s also a kids’ club. For daily necessities, you’ll find items at the resort’s market/bazaar. There are also electric vehicle charging stations. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available (for a fee). During the summer months, shuttle buses run daily to take you to Castel Fusano, where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach. A night watchman ensures security.
The Blu Resort 3 mobile home accommodates 3 people. It features a bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed. Air conditioning, a TV, and a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment are provided. It has a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. The covered, elevated wooden porch is perfect for relaxing. Barbecuing is permitted using a gas or electric grill; you must bring your own grill. Note: If you need more than one unit, this is usually possible with us, as we have several units of the same style.
CHECK-IN DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for check-in and check-out dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early. In this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The beach is about 4 km from the resort and can be reached in 10 minutes by shuttle bus or by car. The sandy beach slopes gently into the water, making it ideal for small children. There are also beach clubs that rent out lounge chairs and umbrellas or serve refreshing drinks. There are also public beaches where you can enjoy the sea breeze undisturbed.
POOL
The water park at the Capitol vacation resort, built in 2022, offers 11,500 m² of fun. An Olympic-sized swimming pool, where you can swim laps to stay in shape, is available, as is a fantastic spray park with water slides. Here, children can play safely and have fun. Supervised by well-trained lifeguards, while adults relax by the hydromassage jets. Around the water park, there are umbrellas and lounge chairs for the whole family. There’s also a snack bar that guarantees refreshments by the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The vacation park is ideal for families. An entertainment team provides fun and activities. There’s a mini-club and a huge playground for children. Baby kits are available for rent and include a travel crib and a high chair (please reserve when booking).
RECREATION AND SPORTS
The vacation park offers many sports activities. It has beach volleyball courts, soccer fields, basketball courts, and tennis courts. The entertainment team organizes daily activities, whether on land or in the water. The nearby nature reserve offers wonderful flora and fauna to explore—whether on foot or by bike is up to you. You can also enjoy swimming laps in the Olympic-sized pool.
SHOPPING
There’s a market/bazaar on the premises where you can find everyday items. Otherwise, the town of Lido di Ostia offers shopping options, or you can drive to Rome, where the shopping possibilities are endless.
DINING
The resort’s restaurant or pizzeria offers a delicious dinner, or you can order food directly via the app to be delivered to your accommodations.
PETS
Pets are not allowed.

Shuttle buses run daily to the beaches of Ostica and to the bus stations with service to Rome.
