This recently renovated 50-square-meter apartment is located on the third floor (with an elevator) in a complex with a concierge service, just 150 meters from the beach. Behind the apartment is a beautiful pine forest, and right next door is the subway station connecting the apartment to downtown Ostia and Rome’s historic center.The apartment features a cozy balcony with a stunning view of the sea—it’s a wonderful place to relax and take in the scenery after a busy day exploring Rome’s historic center. The beach is just a short walk from the apartment, and there are several spots where you can eat or have a drink on the fully equipped beach and relax while enjoying a beautiful sunset!

Francesca met us at check-in and sent videos of how to use the appliances and pointed out where specific amenities were. The apartment is close to the train station, so going to Rome was straightforward (a 45 minute train ride).

The flat was very clean, had everything we needed, comfortable bed, excellent cooking facilities. The hosts are friendly, kind & go above & beyond to make you feel at home. They offered great recommendations, travel instructions for getting around which was a breeze given the train station is only a few minutes from the flat.I would go back here when next in Rome, I must reiterate once more the hosts really were so lovely & I can’t thank them enough for all their help.

The apartment was just lovely and the host and hostess are very kind and available and accommodating. You found it just wonderful. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was roomy. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
