Lovely home, as advertised, showers back up a bit with standing water, and some small issues with toilets flushing. Our visit was too short, we really enjoyed staying in this home, plenty of room for the 7 of us, loved the art and decorations. Great location, too.

The only downside was not being able to keep the sliding doors open due to horseflies. I would recommend bringing some sort of repellant if you want to enjoy the open doors.

Very comfortable house

While the stay was pleasant, this is a spacious beautiful home, we did get the impression that there might be a squatter in between reservations. Upon arrival it was noticed that while the house seemed clean one of the beds had been slept in and there was coffee left in the pot. One of the door was left unlocked and a window was found slightly open. We informed the host after check out and no apologies or discount were offered which is disappointing since this is such an expensive rental. For over 2000 for 2 nights I would expect someone would check the rental the day guests are arriving.
