Great place! Clean, pictures lived up to expectations, owner was responsive and location was great. Would definitely go back!!!

This is a great house that is well maintained and outfitted with all of your travel needs. Very easy drive into town and to Sunday River. I would stay here again on my next visit.

This place is exactly as pictured and described. My spouse and I needed a getaway and break from work and booked this place off season with our dog for a few days. We spent the days on the porch in the sun (dog loved that and she couldn't escape because of railings), grilling, cooking, using the sauna and the hot tub. Nice appliances in the kitchen! The sauna was lovely and the hot tub was super clean and spacious!! Game room was great, too. The master bed was so comfortable and clearly good quality, as was the bedding! Also, the shower was huge and beautiful. I mean, this place was just everything we needed for a quick getaway but we really want to come back with friends. So many things to do and you can really spread out. Dave was also super communicative and the check-in and out process was a breeze. It's clear that Dave didn't cheap out on this beautiful home or the furnishings inside. I usually like to try new places but this is the first time I found somewhere that I really want to return to! Thanks, Dave!

Our stay was AMAZING! As a family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the cleanliness, the hot tub, sauna, firepit, and the swing on the porch. The game room was a favorite for many in the family. Our host David was wonderful to cummincate with. He made our check in and out process very easy. We found everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We loved being able to bring our 2 dogs with us! Mornings runs and afternoon walks on nearby trails. We hope others enjoy their stay as much as we did.
