Nice clean place, however the humidity was 72 degrees! Pool heat is additional 25 plus taxes and fees per day. They advertised an elevator. Then I saw where the elevator wasn’t working. So I called and they would not provide any discount but did offer us to move to a one story place. We are young so no elevator was ok, but cumbersome carrying luggage up and down two flights of stairs. Additional hour for late checkout started at 123.00. The pool is not screened in so would get bit up at night being by the canal. We did see manatees swimming in the canal which was cool. It was maybe a mile walk to the beach and they had wagon and beach supplies which was nice. Also had box fans. Beds were very comfortable. Really nice place but high humidity doesn’t seem healthy and make sure the elevator works when booking.

This was such a nice stay. We have been going to AMI for many years and this is the first time we stayed off the island (just across the bridge.) No issues at all, and the canal with the adorable “sea cows” was a great way to spend each morning! Thank you for the wonderful memories!
