Property was amazing. The pools were great. The DJ was fun! It was a great mini vacation

Great place and central location. Plenty of space in the penthouse, nice property and pool area with easy direct beach access.

Our stay was great! What a great place! Check in was easy and the condo and amenities were better than anticipated. Thank you!

Great location—very convenient to the Bandshell and Ocean Center. The condo itself is very basic and does not match a “luxury” description. It met minimum needs, but several details fell short:* Linens were minimal (one bath towel per person, no extras; limited washcloths/hand towels; very few beach towels)* Kitchen lacked basics like dish towels and potholders* We paid extra for two beach chair/umbrella sets, but only one was available upon arrival* Additional parking pass was an added charge, which varies by owner)There were also several maintenance issues:* Wobbly dining chairs with loose legs (unable to tighten without tools)* Curtain rod pulling out of the wall in one bedroom* Very low water pressure in one bathroom sink (barely usable)On the positive side, the owner responded promptly when I reported issues, and maintenance came out the next day.Overall, I’d rate it 3 stars based on location and responsiveness, but the unit needs significant updates and better stocking to meet expectations.
