Summer by the Sea, Wyndham Ocean Walk Resort on Daytona Beach.
We are pleased to report that the Ocean Walk Resort came through the hurricanes with no major damage, and all amenities, including beach access were not impacted.
Located at the Wyndham Ocean Walk resort, this luxurious vacation lockout condo offers breathtaking oceanfront views with amenities and plenty of activities for both children and adults. An ideal family destination.
Spectacular 5th floor direct oceanfront condominium. Beautiful newly remodeled condo has full kitchen, stainless steel appliances, two washer/dryer units, free high speed Wi-Fi, and many more upgrades. This condo is perfect for a multi-family vacation!
The breathtaking view doesn't stop in the living room or from your large private balcony gazing at the endless ocean, miles of beach, or historic Daytona Beach Bandshell. The primary bedroom en suite with king bed also has an ocean view window. One guest bedroom has 2 double beds and the 3rd oversized bedroom has a queen bed.
For the entire family, this resort is a watery paradise, whether you opt to play in the pools - there are two outdoor heated pools - or run into the waves. There's a water slide and lazy river where kids (and adults) can float lazily along on tubes. One pool includes an interactive, aquatic island playground. Ocean Walk's beach is car-free and kid-friendly.
The resort is right on the sand making quick runs to your room throughout the day easy for snacks or breaks from the sun. You can't ask for a more well-rounded vacation spot! Indoor mini golf, a fitness center, game room and programs for both kids and adults.
Situated next to the famous Daytona Beach bandshell, you can enjoy frequent concerts presented by well-known artists, numerous special events, as well as athletic competitions that continue to make Daytona a popular destination. A short walk up the Boardwalk to the pier allows for fishing, rides or some great fun food. Walk across the street to Daytona Lagoon, a water park that's fun for the entire family. It includes a go-cart racecourse and state of the art video arcade. Located in the heart of Daytona Beach within walking distance to the Ocean Center, this 5-star privately owned resort condo, is the place for you and your family to have a great vacation with long lasting memories!
Other area attractions include Daytona International Speedway, magnificent Golf Courses, the newly renovated Boardwalk, the onsite Ocean Walk Shoppes are home to Bubba Gump's Shrimp House, and lots more! The resort is also within driving distance to some of Florida's other famous attractions such as Disney, Universal Studios, Sea World, and Kennedy Space Center.
One thing is for sure this sun-kissed vacation land feels very far removed from the hassles and routines of everyday life!

Communication with the owner was fantastic, very quick to respond to questions. Right on the beach, multiple pools for all ages.

Everything was great the staff was friendly and helpful. The only issue was the floor was a bit grimy. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves and the host was very communicative and helpful.

Pool area and beach are wonderful, but the condo needs a little bit of an update and a deep clean. Elevators desperately need maintenance.

The pool was nice and heated for the kids. There were never enough chairs around the pool for everyone. The room was worn down and and dirty. I did appreciate the customer service at the place and the location was right admist all the things to walk which was nice.
