The location is great. Right next to Ximen night market. Everything about the room is just okay. It wasn’t dirty but just a put together a little off. Beds were good. The staff were kind and helpful. Late night kiosk was easy and quick. It was quiet in the evenings, we could hear the neighbors but not loudly. Mini fridge and views were nice. Egg shuffle shop right by the entrance. They were delicious.
The AC is loud I saw this in the reviews prior to reserving but wow yes they make a decent amount of noise. Maybe not all rooms. If you can’t sleep with noise going on this might be an issue. There were a couple bugs.

房間很整潔，也舒服。櫃台人員楊小姐很是敬業，笑容滿面😊
我弟說下次來就不用再到處找地方住了，直接就訂這一間就對了。
第一次來會給樓下的環境嚇一跳😅

The location was quite walkable and lots to do, it was further from station but it´s okay. Staff were nice and friendly.
The facilities and furniture in my room were very visibly weared down and the ac was very loud and made weird sudden noises, so it was not comfortable while falling asleep. There were few stains on the table and bed frame.
For the price I would expect better quality :( I apologize for negative review but the AC needs to be replaced
