Great stay!

Overall very good experience. Condo great location for easy beach access with private beach.Condo has beach chairs, nice wagon with wide tires for beach and some additional accessories for beach. As listed on second floor, stairs in front. Main sweet very nice, second bedroom very nice, beds are fairly new.

The location is wonderful. Just a short walk to the popular Bridge Street and just across the street from beach access. There's even an AMI Trolley stop right in front of the property. Nice, quiet, corner upstairs room in the condo building with a view of the fountain. The family room and front bedroom/bathroom have been nicely updated. The master suite needs some updating, but that's just a minor condition given the fact you're staying right there on the island. There was a problem with the master bathroom cold water faucet in the shower. I called on a Sunday and left a message about it, and they had someone there within 2 hours to look at it. The worker acquired the part and had it fixed an hour after that. Great work on a Sunday! Thank you.

The communication was great and the unit was older but very clean ! It was easy access to the beach which we loved and the location was close to many places in Bradenton ! The pool area nice but the pool was way too cold to swim in ! We would definitely return again !
