Location was absolutely amazing
Kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, all knives were blunt with no means of sharpening.
Rubbish, lollies and dust under beds and in the lounges.

The accomodation was spotlessly clean and the decor was really attractive. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was really good and allowed easy access to all local attractions.
No parking permit provided so we had to contact the owner before we could leave the property, delaying us from plans. When check in is only allowed from 3pm, this was disappointing.
Some noise from upstairs accommodation. Would have preferred one of the bedrooms to have twin beds to accommodate us better. Could use some work on outside of property to make more attractive and welcoming.

Fantastic location, close to beach, transport and shops. Flat was very comfortable and homely, would absolutely stay again.
Floors were a bit creaky upstairs and could hear upstairs at times but residents were pleasant and noise minimal at night

The property is in a great location… not far from the metro and very close to the beach.
The property was not luxurious as advertised. It had not been cleaned properly… there was hair down the side of the bed and dust on the floor… showing only a quick surface clean before we entered the property. There were also several dirty dishes in the cupboard. The drunken screams and swearing from the upstairs neighbor were rather unsettling…. then seeing them most days with their friends drinking alcohol and shouting outside of their house… which is right next to the living room window made for an unpleasant experience.
