Value for money, quite close to Cologne.
Not the best of areas, no restaurants/facilities nearby, no living room, 50 minutes walk to city centre (but it's a nice walk through the park next to the Rhine, on a sunny day).

The apartment was very clean and in a quiet part of the city, it had everything we needed for our stay
Unfortunately the WiFi was down while we stayed, we contacted the owner and they were very helpful in trying to get it resolved but unfortunately it couldn't be fixed during our stay. They offered us a late check out complimentary as an apology which was very kind

The apartment had 3 good rooms, a good shower and the little kitchen was useful. Overall a nice place not for kids I would say.
The day we arrived the rooms were very cold, the blankets weren't enough to heat us up. the host did ordered us blanket which arrived 2 days later. and gave extra radiators. Then we discovered the 3 TVs weren't working at all, we asked for help for no one came to fix the issue. The light on the entrance of the building to go up the stairs didnt work, so very dark to go upstairs.
