Great staff. On-site parking was a plus as we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in Ogunquit and Perkins Cove. We did not take advantage of the gourmet breakfast but heard from other guests that it was excellent.

Location was so convenient while very quiet and quick access to the Marginal Way, Perkins Cove and downtown. The staff were exceptional- very welcoming, positive and made our time feel special. The suite was fully stocked with everything we needed and a great size. The grounds were well taken care of. We enjoyed the cocktail hour and the comfort of the inn.
Everything was exceptional but personally we found the bed and pillows a little firmer than we preferred - but all were good quality and decor every nice.

I had breakfast two mornings that I was at the Inn. Both were wonderful… The staff was very pleasant.
Everything in the studio was clean and lovely.
I did not realize the balcony would be shared… That was my fault, but I was hoping for a private balcony.
And I should’ve indicated I did not want to be on the second floor… Getting my luggage upstairs was a challenge for me due to my age. I probably could’ve asked for help, but I did not!

Our room was beautiful and comfortable. It is very convenient to walk to The Marginal Way. Breakfast is wonderful.
