A sunroom with a foosball table and a futon offers a great spot for relaxation or fun.
Stairs lead to the loft, which overlooks the space below and offers a charming retreat. The loft includes a king-size bed and two twin beds tucked into an alcove separated by light curtains, as well as a bathroom with a shower.
2 futons - (in the living room and in the sunroom) provide additional sleeping space, allowing the cabin to accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.
Please note that the cabin has an open space design, with three beds (one king and two twins) in the loft upstairs and two futons on the main floor.
The cabin is a year-round retreat, offering beautiful foliage in the fall, ice skating on the lake in the winter, and plenty of summer activities. And for those who love to ski or snowboard, Ragged Mountain Resort is just a 12-mile drive away.
Outside, there's ample parking for multiple cars in the driveway, along with an RV hookup for guests who want to bring along their own home on wheels.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the two kayaks and a fishing rod during their stay.
********
Bedding for the upstairs beds and towels are provided, but if you plan to use the futons, please bring your own bedding.
The cabin has good water for washing and showering, but guests should bring their own drinking water.
The last mile to the cabin can be rough, we recommend driving AWD SUV to get to the property

Hill House is Clean, inviting and well furnished with everything you will need for your stay. The Host is excellent at communicating to make sure all needs are met. The property is private, warm and cozy. Our two dogs and kids loved swimming in the pond. It’s a Beaver-owned pond so you’ll only find little catfish, turtles, frogs etc. The fire pit and Adirondack Chairs are wonderful after a full day of playing with the kids. We also enjoyed the Game Room and my little ones LOVED the many stuffed animals around the house. The loft above was super cozy and the bathroom/shower was beautifully furnished. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking to get away and relax.

Communication was great, very clean cabin, also very private and quiet, which is what I wanted. My GSD enjoyed playing in the pond. Took walks it’ is very safe.
I’d stay here again.

Its a cozy cabin in a very private, quiet area with your own lake. The cabin looks like it was recently renovated and had more appliances than I have in my home ! There are kayaks, a paddle boat, and the lake is very clean - so it’s a perfect summer getaway. We really enjoyed having coffee in the sun room with views of the lake and watching the beavers swim around. We had a great time and we are definitely coming back!
