We had a wonderful stay. This is our second year. Great little rental!

The tiny house was very clean and comfortable. We had a lovely view of the Lake. We booked for 2 nights so we could attend events at Chautauqua Institute. We shared the grounds with @ 3 other families with a number of children. They were well behaved but kinda took over the grounds. Not really a problem but they did leave bikes and toys and occupied the common grounds. They left the same day we did.The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. We will return for other institute events.

Very convenient to Bemus Point and surrounding areas with nice lake views. Check in/out very easy and cottage was exactly as pictured.
