OYO Greenway Stays

Good location. Good value for money

The room had a smell anout it when we walked in which I didn’t like

First room had issues but the staff were very receptive and gave me another room. No issues here.

First room had a broken bed and the table was broken. Room 9 is tiny. Moved to room 14 and its good.

I Arrived little late for check in host very helpful with check in No hassle at all stress free great nights sleep Will definitely stay again.

Location staff and good nights sleep

The young staff were great in responding to our requests for changing towels, finding some more clothes hangers to supplement the two in the closet, providing a foldable table for something to work on, turning on the heat when it was cold, and providing a fan when it was hot. The room was clean, the beds comfortable, the WIFI worked, and the television was large enough to enjoy. The location was close to a bus stop to downtown, and within walking distance to Brunel University.

Lighting was a standing lamp in the corner, the ceiling lights did not work. The bathroom was small and hard to control the water temperature in the shower. The heat was not initially working when it was cold, and there was no fan or air conditioning when it was hot. There was no table or desk to put a computer on, or for snacks and drinks.
