Staff and facilities are good, bar does shut at 10.30 which wasn’t an issue. No air conditioning would prevent me from booking again.

The staff was helpful from the first day we arrived. We were able to put our bags in a safe area because we got there early, which was helpful. We were always greeted, and most of the area was well-maintained. However, I did give it 4/5 stars because the shower ceiling looked like it was starting to grow mold, and the shower curtain didn't hold anything in, so the floor kept getting wet, which was irritating. Again, though, very friendly staff.

Really happy with our family room for the night as watching the football at Wembley. 2 double beds, a massive fan, opening windows, fridge and big bathroom. The campus was safe and secure and would definitely return as close to the tube station
