No breakfast, but a very complete kitchen with dishwasher!

Beds were a bit hard

La maison est très bien placé (au centre d'Amboise mais au calme) avec un très beau jardin qui permet aux enfants de jouer librement. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé avec des accessoires pour bébé si besoin (lit, vaisselle, chaise haute, etc...). L'hôte a à coeur de créer un cadre accueillant et cela se ressent. On recommande!

The location was excellent - quiet and peaceful but close to all Amboise attractions. The garden, furnishings and decor were delightful!

Our host spoke English and was easy to contact re phone both of which came in handy when we had difficulty finding the property.

The picture of the property on Booking.com is NOT the place we stayed. We thought from both the photo and the name of the property that we would be staying in the "Manor". Turns out we stayed in a "cottage" on the same site. The "cottage" was also hard for us to get into as the key box was not functioning well. Thankfully, the owners neighbor happened by and was able to help us open it. Finally, the bedroom in the "cottage" is on the 2nd floor and the ceiling over the bed is slanted and one needs to be mindful of that less they hit their head getting in or our of bed. Finally, there is no parking on site. Street parking is free but we ended up having to park several blocks away.
