Welcome to Grüntal 2, Apartment 6. Here you’ll find a vacation rental that’s as good as new, tastefully furnished with an interesting floor plan.
Look forward to a bright and inviting living room that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. A new, comfortable sleeper sofa, a stylish coffee table, and a large TV ensure cozy moments. For entertainment, you’ll also find board games and a small selection of books. The large window is equipped with an exterior blind, while interior blinds create a cozy atmosphere and allow you to darken the room as needed. From the living room, you can step out onto the small but charming balcony—perfect for a relaxing break in the fresh air. Adjacent to the living room is a separate dining area.
The open, modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the essential utensils you need to feel right at home, even while on vacation. In the hallway, you’ll find ample space for your coat, and your shoes can be conveniently stored in the side cabinet.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (sleeping area: 2 x 90 x 200 cm, new mattresses installed in 2023) as well as a spacious closet for your vacation wardrobe. The electric exterior blinds, installed in 2023, ensure a restful atmosphere and allow you to darken the room as needed.
Wi-Fi and a parking space are, of course, available to you free of charge.
In the common area (attic), there is a coin-operated washing machine that you can use as needed. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment. A bike rack is also available at the building. The building comprises a total of 6 residential units; your apartment is located on the first and top floor.
The location is ideal for excursions and adventures: Noah’s Ark Zoo is right nearby. Beautiful bike paths also start right from the apartment—one of them takes you to the popular Hof Mougin – Café zum Ziegelhof in just about 10 minutes.
A special highlight is the Dünenpark in Grömitz, which opened in 2023 and features a new promenade, activity areas, restaurants, and shops right on the beach. The surrounding area also has plenty to offer in terms of dining—including the Tamatsu restaurant and a branch of the Junge bakery.
