We stayed in this property with our two daughters and their families with 4 kids under the age of 4. It was wonderful for each family (and grandparents) to have a complete apartment for themselves. All 3 kitchens were well equipped and functional. Beds and other furniture were comfortable, and there was enough seating for everyone. Plenty of towels (beach and bath) were provided. Altez vacations (host) were very responsive but not intrusive. The location was fantastic! Close enough to the beach to go back and forth easily. Pool was cleaned during our stay. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas provided. We would definitely stay at Point of Rocks again - fabulous vacation!

The place was immaculate and very well equipped! Very pleased with entire experience!

Great place for multiple families and great location.

Perfect place for 3 families. Loved the short walk to the beach.
