When renting this unit, you will have access to the left side of the 1st floor which is only garage spaces (2), the left backyard and pool area, along with the entire 3rd floor of the 3 story building. This unit is on the 3rd floor and will not have access to the 2nd floor. Contact us directly for more information regarding any shared space for this vacation home. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet—breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone. The home has stairs; please contact us if accessibility is a concern. For added convenience, an elevator is available for guest use. The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 26 years of age. A rental agreement is required to be signed after booking and prior to check-in. By booking, you acknowledge that you will be required to complete and sign the rental agreement.

Stunning property! The communication from the host was wonderful and the staff of cottages on the key were beyond accommodating with the check in process and during our stay. The property is steps from beach access. The kids loved the pool and got a kick out of the private elevator. The set up of the rooms is perfect, one room has a master with a jack and Jill bath going into a double queen room which was perfect for young kids. A for communication and cleanliness! I wish we had more time at this location! We look forward to booking again!

12 of us stayed here 6 more stayed up street. we celebrated my 70th. we loved the condo the pool the location and it had everything we neededdefinitely would rent again.

I received a LARGE AMOUNT of communications but wasn't told in advance that the elevator wasn't in order for our 3rd FLOOR UNIT, the kitchen ice maker wasn't functioning and the pool side refrigerator was washed away in the storm.
