We stayed a whole month and we will definitely return again! The air conditioner was brand new so it cools the house perfectly! Laundry room is outside but easy to access. Since you are sharing the driveway sometimes you have to park on the street, we didn't have any issues (no tickets) for the month. We loved the balcony with the ocean views and constant sea breeze.

Host was fine. Amenities were minimal. No salt or pepper and small frypan was bad. Rips in couch and stains on dining room chairs were not good. I knew it wouldn’t be that nice because of price but a little caulk and paint could make it much more presentable. windows are disgustingly dirty.
