The cabin was small and cute! Nicely redone. Its about 13 mins from downtown Helen on a bumpy dirt road in Unicoi State park. Check in/out is located in downtown Helen so factor in commute time before checkout! The hot tub was clean and relatively private. There is a keurig but no kcups/coffee or sugar on site so bring your own!Overall we enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was super cute, it just wasn't very clean.

Peaceful and quiet. Just what we needed. The cabin was really nice. We loved our stay.

The cabin was in a great location. It was cute and welcoming. The outside grill was grown up with weeds and not useable. The inside was clean to the naked eye. There were light bulbs that needed to be changed and there needs to be a shower curtain on the shower. One of the sinks in the bathroom would not drain properly. And when I went to check under the bed to make sure I didn’t leave anything behind I found trash and dust. Didn’t look like it had been cleaned for awhile. And the exhaust fan is in the ceiling but not in the hole that it was cut out for. I was charged a 90.00 cleaning fee and had to haul off my own trash. I just think they need a new cleaning service!!!
