Very clean and fresh. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was continental and arrived at the door in a wicker basket and was delicious. Met with a smile and felt very welcome

large comfortable room with excellent views across Torbay. Short walk to harbour, seafront and eateries. Owner very helpful about where to eat and immediately produced bowls and cutlery when she recommended a Chinese takeaway when we said that was our preferred meal option for the evening. Would particularly recommend the guest house to anyone walking the coastal path.
Nothing at all

Sam (and her daughter) was so friendly and accommodating - her attention to detail was much appreciated as was the gluten free breakfast. Location was fantastic and very quiet.. Plenty of free parking..Lovely view of the pier and sea from our room.
Only a double bed when there was easily space for a king-size!
