Our family of twelve adults and seven kids has an amazing stay at this house. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We spent most of our down time on the large front porch as well as the closed in porch. The location to the beach was great and we loved catching the trolley across the street to travel to downtown OOB. We hope to be back next year!

The location is excellent. The house is great for a large family; everyone can have a sleeping space and privacy.

We had an excellent stay! The house was perfect for family get away with the kids and grandkids. Each family was able to have their space, with room to set up porta cribs. Super close to the beach and restaurants, but still being a peaceful area. We brought extra gates for stairways. We utilized all the spaces: nights around the fire pit, meals around the table, watching the rain from the covered deck and porch. Tracey was a great communicator for any questions. We will definitely be returning!
