Property has potential, location and setting within Sandestin is very nice. Close to Baytowne Wharf and short walk to pool.House is in need of a lot of maintenance and TLC. Furniture was soiled, repair work needed in bathrooms and kitchen. Walls in most rooms had many scuffs. The location of grills is on second floor . You will need to walk thru a bedroom to use.
