The house is as described, and it's location is very nice. The property was mostly clean upon arrival, with just a few bathroom items that needed to be touched up. There were only two downsides to this property. First (and this was no fault of the property or the house) the kitchen disposal had been filled with Shrimp tails and left to rot. The smell was absolutely awful. Fortunately, the property manager addressed this and after two days it was fixed.
