west light was very close to all transportation and restaurants it was also close to the river. The area has hills and for me going uphill was difficult but my son had no problem.I was also close to the FIFA watch parties.The room itself was narrow rather wide but suited us. The staff was amazing patiently answering all our questions and breakfast was free and tasty

Staff and manager always observe your needs and acted actively, no matter in the hotel or its cafe. Sometimes you don’t need to voice out but they will make responses.
The location is convenient.

The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfy. How ever we arrived pretty much empty handed because the airline delayed our luggage. We told the girls up front about it. The luggage got there the night of and no one told us. I called the next morning at 9am and I had to ask if the luggage’s were there and they receptionist, said yes since last night. I think it would had been nice and courteous, for them to have called us as they arrived.

When I checked in Ricky at the front desk, got my into my room with an early check in. I was worried about getting the proper adapter so I could plug in my laptop and camera chargers. He came up to my room to see about it. He brought me an adapter and when Iit was not right he went downstairs and got me a great universal model and I could connect to my US 3 prong type. My other concern was getting my currency converted to euros. He drew me a map to the cambio as I did not yet know the area. The only negatives were the room safe was not the type that was bolted down or very heavy….so I didn’t bother with it. I also didn’t notice the mini fridge that was under the drawers. When I found it I couldn’t find the switch to turn it on or plug in. At that point I didn’t bother as I just needed it to keep drinks cool. The breakfast was great,served downstairs. If 7:30 was too late for an early morning start they put it in a box for you. They called cabs when needed. Splendid service . The 2 blocks leading to the hotel were steep killing my arthritic knees
