Central Hotel Kutaisi

Comfortable bed, working AC, cozy room, sufficient breakfast. Right in the city center.

Showee pressure was bad.

Czyste pokoje, lokalizacja i miła obsługa.

Wszystko było dobrze

Good stay for 1-2 nights - we had a twin room and beds were comfortable and room was pretty big, with a table, mini fridge and a wardrobe. - The location was also pretty central and close walk to everywhere.

- The shower wall in the bathroom doesn't stop the water going everywhere, so the entire bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower. - The staff doesn't speak English and so we received no instructions about breakfast etc. - The address on booking.com is wrong and we ended up taking a taxi to somewhere up the road instead, had to walk down for 5 minutes which is fine but we would have struggled to find the place without internet. - The place looks better in pictures

The property’s biggest strengths are its excellent location, clean rooms, and modern furniture. The apartment was well presented and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to stay at first glance.

Unfortunately, there were several issues that affected our experience. The bathroom shower did not drain properly and overflowed during use, and the air conditioning in another room was not working. In addition, the breakfast was very poor and did not meet our expectations. Although the property has the appearance of a hotel, it feels more like a furnished apartment, and the overall quality of the services and facilities does not fully match its attractive appearance.
