I keep coming back to Rotel whenever I’m in Kutaisi. The hotel is incredibly neat, clean, modern, and always so well taken care of. The location is superb and makes everything very convenient. What really makes this place special though is the atmosphere and the staff. Everyone is genuinely kind, respectful and attentive always making sure you feel as comfortable as possible. There’s something very homey and peaceful about staying here :) I especially appreciate how consistently clean and tidy everything is. Every time I come back, I know exactly what to expect!

We stayed in a Standard King Room and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, and the hotel itself has such a beautiful atmosphere. The design is so tasteful and cozy, with lots of thoughtful details. The bed was really comfortable, and the hammock was such a great touch for relaxing. We also used the table by the window for working, and it was surprisingly comfy and practical. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve already booked our next stay and are coming back very soon! ❤️‍🔥

The hotel has a really cool design, and it looked exactly like the photos. We really enjoyed the hammock in the room, the comfy bed and hot shower with good pressure. The lobby with a wine bar was really interesting! The hotel itself is great and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Unfortunately, because there are not staff on site after 8pm, we were woken up after midnight by drunk people shouting in the hallway and partying in the lobby on both nights we stayed there. I appreciate that this is not the fault of the hotel, however I think that the unstaffed lobby invites this sort of behaviour. For this reason, I wouldn’t stay here again. I can also see from booking.com reviews that this has happened to other guests.
