The guest support was outstanding including a welcome bag with a nice personalized note to a quick response to a cable television issue. Would definitely return to this home in the future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the Sandpipers! Great location and beach. The condo was well stocked and had great bedding, kitchen utensils, and entertainment options. The condo was a bit dirty - some sand, food, crumbs left on the floor against walls and cabinets, and hair in the showers. Other than floors and baths, everything else was great! Beds were comfy, AC worked great, fridge and washer/dryer were good!

The property is well maintained and is well stocked with everyday kitchen supplies. We could not have asked for a nicer place to spend the first 2 weeks of our retired life.If you have never been to Amelia Island put it on your bucket list.
