We celebrated my daughter’s gradation and 18th birthday at The Southern Jade. Such a lovely home! Clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The outdoor area and pool were incredible! We had an issue with the grill, and maintenance was sent quickly to remedy the problem. Overall, a wonderful stay!

The whole house was super cute and close to everything .. we were plenty entertained even during the rain

Bar area was cute, pool was great for the kids.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Please be mindful that while this home is labeled as pet friendly there is minimal grass around the home to walk your dog and it's all filled with stickers. We had to travel to corpus to buy shoes just so that we could walk our dog to prevent picking stickers from his feet and legs the entire six night stay. There is also constant construction for new homes surrounding this one that occurred our entire stay and a porter potty was placed right next to the driveway. The home was also not very clean upon our arrival considering the high cleaning fee that is charged.
