InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay by IHG

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An absolutely spectacular experience at InterContinental Dubai Business Bay! Everything was amazing, from the food and the room to the incredible views and, most importantly, every single member of staff. Everything was simply spectacular from start to finish. I can honestly say that I had what I think was the best stays I have ever had in any country, and that is entirely down to the people who made it so special. The level of service, warmth, kindness and attention to detail was exceptional. It’s the people who make a place truly memorable, and this hotel has that in abundance. A very special and heartfelt shout-out to Benson George. Thank you so much for everything. You genuinely made my experience unforgettable, and I cannot thank you enough for making me feel so welcome and looked after. Also to the housekeeping team, the little notes and towel displays were amazing! I have stayed in some wonderful places around the world, but this experience really stands out. The food was fantastic, the room was beautiful, the views were stunning, and the overall atmosphere was second to none. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you to the entire team for such an incredible stay and for reminding me how much of a difference genuine hospitality can make. I will remember this experience for a very long time and would recommend this hotel without hesitation. ❤️

Amazing, clean and spacious

What did you like about the property? The staff were very helpful and cooperative. The breakfast was good, and the room was spacious with a beautiful view of the Burj Khalifa.
