Cute, well appointed condo. Nautical theme decor is very well done. Especially getting the large body of water right out the front door. Best part is downtown is just a block away. Can walk to Broad street diner for breakfast or catch some theater at the playhouse. Repeat guest and will be staying again.

He put us in his other property due to fixing a/c. He was the best at communication & this place was clean! Loved the slight view of the water & there were many dolphins visible from the parking lot. Super fabulous & will stay here again!
