A large window in the living room will allow you to look down Indian River Avenue to Astronaut Memorial Park and Sandpoint Park. It’s a people (or dog) watchers paradise. Your flat is just South of Scobie Park and there are several more parks North toward the city marina. Although not directly on the river it is just down the stairs and around the corner to view launch pads and scheduled rocket launches from the Space Center.
