Overall this was a great location for our family of four! We stayed here and drove to Banff and other hiking areas each day. The condo was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was a bit challenging to find at first as the name is not easily visible from the street. We ate at the Axis restaurant the first night for an easy dinner and it was delicious. The only cons for this condo was the pillows were too full, the safe was not functioning, and the nonstick skillets are all chipping and warped pretty badly making cooking eggs and pancakes on them very challenging. Aside from those minor issues, we would stay again!

While the property was overall clean and well furnished, there were several items that did not measure up, and affected our overall impression. There was no advance information on where the parking was & how to get into the garage, and there was no advance information on the various doors that would take the condo door code to enter the building without going thru the garage. That would have been helpful to know. After I booked this condo, ownership changed and the new owner changed the physical structure of one bedroom. A loft was added to this bedroom without any more ceiling clearance. I can’t tell you the number of times my husband & I hit our heads on the loft floor. I am only 5’3” and there was only 2 inches of clearance above my head when sitting on the bed. It was like a cave. The bath towels were so thin you barely could dry off, and the only washcloths were the worst – thinner than the towels. I challenge the owner to take a shower using one! The firepit on the patio was a nice addition and we enjoyed it.
