Tennis courts were in rough shape. Pool very nice.

The place was clean and taken care of. We had plenty of space for us to hang out and rest. We appreciated the clear communication and ability to bring our pet!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very solid. Unit was clean and in good condition. Centrally located on the island. One negative comment: the pillows definitely need to be upgraded and the mattress was very uncomfortable. However, I understand it is a high volume rental so durability is difficult to manage.

Working with the property management staff was great however the condo needs some deep cleaning. I gave them a list of items while I was staying there which included stains in the carpetand the inability to open the windows. Since I was staying for 2 weeks I decided to buy carpet cleaner myself. But the place needs a deep cleaning. The carpet, the sofa and the rug. Otherwise, a great place to stay, close to tennis and pickleball and Harbor Town.
