It was the cheapest place we found compared to similar properties. Pros: Overall was clean. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was good. A/C worked good. Plenty of hot water. Good location. We were there for Flora Bama and it was just a few miles from there. Kitchen stocked with all you should need. Parked right outside of unit and no noise from neighbors.Cons: The shower curtain was pretty nasty and needed to be washed or replaced. The coffee maker is a miniature but was sufficient. Forget about enjoying the back porch if you want peace and quiet because the A/C units are within a few feet of you. No TV in the bedroom. Overall it was a good stay.

For the price and location we needed was a great deal. Staff at the office were very professional and curious. No issues at our stay.

Good

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was clean. Could definitely use some painting and general upkeep. The sliding glass door really needs replacing. Does not lock and a heavy rain runs through it. Bed and furniture are comfortable. We rent it because of pet friendly.
