Southern Breeze 1 on Perdido Key which is also known as the "Lost Key." This cute fully equipped 1-bedroom that easily accommodates 4 adults. Has a full size kitchen, a full size bathroom, as well as a washer and dryer.
Location says it all!! The white sandy beaches and beautiful emerald water are located directly across the street within walking distance.
**Please note we provide an initial starter kit of soap, a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a trash bag for each can, Clorox wipes, complimentary dish and laundry pods, dish soap and a sponge so please pack accordingly!

Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. Please reach out to us for breed/weight restrictions as well as dog maximums. Advance notice is required, and non-refundable pet fees of $250 per dog apply. Dog owners accept full responsibility for dog(s).
No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00.

Checkin was easy. The place was clean, although it is older and shows signs of wear. It was certainly big enough for the 2 of us and our small dog.

The overall experience was pretty good the location was close to the beach. The rental had a few issues the ice maker didn’t work. Some of the things need some updating.
