The property was well situated with a beautiful view. It was very spacious with comfortable beds. Our hostess, Elisabetta was so warm and helpful with many recommendations and gave lots of support to make our stay very comfortable.

It is a very comfortable and well-located apartment. The apartment is quite large and has a fabulous view of the surrounding area. Our host provided coffee, water and a few bonus surprises upon our arrival. It was a pleasure to stay at Il Panorama. We were provided excellent directions to the apartment as we did not have a car. Orvieto is a very easy city to move around in, buses will take you almost anywhere in the city.

The only item that could be better is a few more dishes and utensils, some bowls for breakfast cereal and a few more spoons.
