Location was perfect for our stay. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Grate lil set up with outdoor area.
Had to ring and ask for new linen, the sink tap had a drip. There were birds nest above the door/entrance and at time the bird would swop at us. The microwave was filthy as well as under the fridge as u open the door.

Great location in Papamoa, close to supermarket, restaurants and shops.
Comfortable beds, roomy apartment and a good outside fenced back area.
It stated on the listing and inside the apartment that there were laundry facilities available but I found out they were not available to the public which was disappointing.
It also stated there was a pull out sofa bed which was going to come in handy when my son didnt want to share the bed with me but turned out it wasn't a pull out bed.

Its proximity to where we were meeting whanau
Nobody met us on arrival. No physical contact with staff. Chipped plates dont do it for us.
