Staff member Gabriel was amazing on the night shift! We had just come back from Wembley and with the trains being delayed the food we had ordered arrived at the hotel before we did! However, when we did arrive, Gabriel had accepted the order for us, kept it safe and provided us with some ice so we could have cold water to drink given it was a hot night. We are so grateful to Gabriel and his help, he is a testament to your hotel.

A repeat stay for us in Hemel Hempstead and as usual, another great stay. Friendly, quick, efficient check-in, we'd requested a family room this time which was ready and waiting for us. No issues with parking, all the staff we encountered said Hello which was nice. We ate in the local area at a very nice restaurant in the evening. Breakfast was busy but got seats no problem and had a good breakfast to start the day. All in all, another great stay.
