My family and I stayed in 2 rooms. Both rooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Highly recommended.

This was the first time ever we stayed at St Regis, it was the best 5 star hotel I have ever stayed! the staff were so friendly sometimes I felt I troubled them too much, they were very cordial, catered to our every request, always with a polite smile even though we ran into them in the hallway, our cleaning lady Ms Tang was so nice, with a big smile and did a terrific job everyday to keep our suite clean.
The hotel is in a perfect location for us, it is closed to everything yet not in the middle of the crowds and noisiness. The facility is up to date, nicely decorated. I especially loved the pool, the water is so clean, temperature is just right, staff is friendly and polite. I enjoyed swimming every morning.
We stayed there for 2 weeks, definitely will return when we next visiting Chengdu.
