The Cura Hotel Kensington, London, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Great location, nice room, however no counter space in bathroom for private toiletries, and pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. No vegan options in restaurant, however many close by that were absolutely delicious! Very clean hotel and nice staff!

Great, front desk, staff. Great location. appreciated the water refill station.

Enjoyed our stay here! When we came to check in was told that they only had basement rooms available unless we wanted to wait - when looking for hotel rooms I purposely didn’t book some hotels as they were windowless rooms so opted to wait. The lady behind the desk seemed a bit dismissive and over her shift, she told us to sit and wait and would let us know when our room was ready. She left her shift and did handover and then I went to check with the man who was now on the desk and he didn’t know we were waiting but that was all sorted and the rest of the stay was good! Was a bit nervous after that first interaction Would recommend this hotel, nice and peaceful - bathroom was slightly dated but functional and room was nice, bed was comfortable.

Have stayed in this hotel on several occasions. It has been recently renovated and is very comfortable. Did not have breakfast during our visit but we did eat in the restaurant for dinner on two nights and can recommend it. Great location as is on a direct tube line from Heathrow airport and very convenient for access to central London. With definitely stay here again on future trips to London.
