The room was space and clean. The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet. I would recommend staying here if you are in Panama.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. However the actual rooms could use some major upgrades. For being considered a four or five star resort, the room phone did not work, there was no mini bar/fridge, chips or cracks in the tables and lamps. No easily accessible outlets on the desk or next to the bed for charging devices. The TV was a flat screen, but not a SmartTV, so there was no streaming services available. IGH really needs to upgrade this property
